QUOTATION

We welcome the opportunity to quote you on the supply of your custom made item.  To obtain the most competitive pricing; the quantity, detail, size, finishing, colour process and event date are all important considerations.

DESIGN

Designs prepared first as concept drawings then finished on computer at proof stage. Decisions such as finished size, metal and type of surface finish need to be established at the design stage.

PROOF

The art proofs give you a chance to confirm all design aspects, colour, spelling, etc, within 5 days after order placement. A high resolution artwork proof will be provided that lays out your design/logo etc for final approval.

INVOICE

A 50% deposit is required before production begins.  Balance is normally due prior to delivery.  

DELIVERY

Delivery time for your custom order can take up to an additional 4-7 days after production  depending on your location. Expedited delivery options are available.
